Invite team member

Invite a colleague to NeighbourHub. One account provides access to Neighbourhood Homes and Neighbourhood Housing.

Staff Members can view, add, edit, archive and restore records, but cannot permanently delete records or manage users.

Existing team members

The list shows each user's role. Staff accounts can be activated or deactivated; administrator accounts are protected here.

Account activation

For employees who have not completed their first sign-in. A fresh secure setup email will be sent to the address registered on their account.
